Hi, I’m Jenny Palmer — a military spouse, mom, and trained project manager.
A PCS is one of the biggest logistical projects a family goes through. Orders, deadlines, paperwork, appointments, housing, travel, and the needs of everyday life all have to come together at once.
Somewhere in the middle of it all, there is usually the same thought:
“What am I forgetting?”
That is why I created Palmer PCS Progression.
Project management taught me that a complex project needs more than one giant task list. It needs a way to see the work, make decisions, and keep the next step clear.
